Short answer

Not every worker. Your employer decides, based on the risk assessment and the size and hazards of the workplace, how many occupational first aiders are needed. If you are appointed, the recognised training standard is PHECC First Aid Response (FAR) — at least 18 contact hours including assessment, delivered by PHECC-recognised institutions.
